We will spend time in forest slowing down and reconnecting with nature through a gentle forest bathing practice. Rather than walking for distance, we will move slowly, pause often and use our senses to notice what is around us.
Through guided sensory invitations, quiet moments, gentle walking and sitting, you will have space to step away from everyday noise and allow your body and mind to settle.
The experience will also include a gentle sound healing element and a eco-art co - creation, using natural materials to create something together before we leave.
This is not a hike or a fitness session. The pace is intentionally slow and silent.
