TIME FOR NATURE ADVENTURE

 Join us for a multisensory nature connecting experience
in a magical place called Parco Lavino in Italy.

Our children need more simple and mindful time in nature and experience free and little adventurous play.

Children need simplicity, space for boredom, cultivate creativity and deeper connection to nature. The best place to deliver these elements is in the forest. 

Tree Children initiative helps kids to be better prepared for now and the future that require resilience, flexibility, creativity and navigating challenges with intuition.

ABOUT LAVINO PARK ADVENTURE 

Tree Children adventures are inspired by the Japanese forest bathing or Shinrin-yoku, the concept of being calm and relaxed among the trees and connecting with nature through all of our senses.

During five hours nature adventure, children experience mindful invitations to explore and connect with nature, activate and balance their senses.

We will have breaks for picnic and lunch. The session will be lead in Italian and English.

Together we spend quality time in a simple and beautiful ambience of the Parco Lavino that provides natural objects and space for:

unstructured and adventurous play,
eco art,
relaxation,
connection,
grounding,
nature observation,
wonder,
and reflection.

ABOUT ME

As a Mum, Forest Bathing guide and Mental Health First Aider I daily connect to nature and continuously guiding my son to do the same.

Guiding child to a deeper nature connection is an incredible gift that will support them in their life journey.

I love to create space for free play, adventure, beauty, wonder, simplicity and creativity. I love exploring new natural places that I will share with you during our Tree Children adventures.

"We had the most magical morning at Tree Children in the forest with Katarina this morning. So calming and grounding. Kids and adults being in nature, breathing with the trees, foraging berries, looking for spider's Webs, flowers, signs of animal activity, we made eco art as an offering to Mama Gaia, we hugged and sang to the trees, climbed, played, explored, bathed on the Earth, drank tea.

It was so special. And the forest air obviously did something to our nervous systems because Indie napped for an hour afterwards - she has napped in years!
