WHAT TO EXPECT

Nature journaling workshop provides mindful techniques for releasing stress, slowing down, relaxing, deepening connection with nature and activating creativity and imagination.

These techniques are designed to help you reflect on your experiences in nature and safely explore your thoughts and emotions through writing and drawing.

No drawing or writing experience is required.
Bring your journal and your favourite writing/drawing tools if you wish.
It can be pens, water colours, pencils, coloured pencils, pastel pencils, graphite or others.
